Batch robot shell part

The quantity of the products, robot shell part produced by simple injection mold prototyping process can be in the range of 50-500 pieces. We can mass produce according to the data provided by customers, or design and produce independently according to the conditions and technical requirements put forward by customers.

Material: ABS, PMMA, PA, POM, Bakelite, SLA, All plastic and metals.
Product color: All work is according to the customers' requirements.
Surface treatment: Coarse and fine grinding.
Tolerance: ±0.2mm( the theory of it).
Lead time: Small size for 1 days, big size for 2-3 days.
Package & delivery: Bubble bag/ cotton + carton

Packing

All the parts will be checked before delivery, with white paper, foam and air bubble sheet wrapped. Putting into Industrial-man custom-made carton or wooden box.

Delivery

We will choose common International Express such as DHL/UPS/Fedex for delivery. If you need fastest way we can choose official one which freight cost would be higher than normal but faster(normal:3-4 days, official:1~2 days). You can also choose to pay with your own Express account.
